This project Chamic was appointed to carry out the Internal Down takings work causing minimal disruption to the prestigious live hotel on the world-famous golf course. The works were carried out Monday to Friday and noisy works such as blockwork wall demolition were commenced after 10am as to not disrupt hotel guests.
This was delivered successfully on time, with daily progress meetings with the Main Contractor due to the sensitive nature of a live hotel.

This project Chamic was appointed to carry out the demolition/recycling work causing minimal disruption to the adjoining housing. This project was in a highly sensitive area situated on Princes Street, Edinburgh Chamic overcame this by housing the Asbestos Decontamination Unit internally and coordinating skips for waste removal on a wait and load basis.
